Signing in and access

I do not remember which email I bought the course with

Check your inbox for the Stripe receipt – it shows the exact email you used at checkout. That is the email you need on the sign-in page.

If you cannot find the receipt, email admin@morecurricular.co.uk and we will help you back in.

I am on a different device or I cleared my browser. How do I sign in?

Go to the sign-in page and enter the email you bought the course with. We will email you a one-time sign-in link. Click it, and you will be taken to whichever module you were last on.

The link expires after 15 minutes and only works once. If you do not use it in time, just request another one.

The sign-in email has not arrived

First, check your spam or junk folder – sign-in emails sometimes land there.

If it is still missing after 5 minutes, request another one from the sign-in page. Make sure you are entering the same email you bought the course with – if the email is not on a paid account, no link is sent.

Will I lose my progress if I sign out or change devices?

No. Your answers, completed activities and module progress are saved against your email, not your browser. Sign in on any device and your progress is there.

AI feedback

The AI feedback is taking ages to appear

The first AI feedback request after a quiet period can take 20 to 30 seconds while the system warms up. After that, feedback usually arrives within a few seconds.

If a request is still hanging after a minute, refresh the page and try again. Your answer is saved separately, so you will not lose it.

The feedback I got does not match what I wrote

The AI is doing its best to evaluate your answer against the method being taught. If the feedback feels off, two things to check:

1. Did you write a real attempt? Very short answers like "I do not know" do not give the AI much to work with – feedback is most useful when you have made a genuine attempt.

2. Did you address what was asked? If the question has three parts (e.g. weeks, subjects, hours per day), make sure your answer covers all three.

If the feedback is genuinely wrong, please email it to admin@morecurricular.co.uk with the question and your answer – we use these reports to improve the system.

I never got any feedback at all

Check your internet connection and refresh the page. Your answer was saved when you clicked "Check my answer" – just retry the feedback step.

If feedback is consistently failing, email admin@morecurricular.co.uk.

Worksheets and downloads

Where do I get the printable worksheets?

From the main course page, scroll to the "Printable downloads" section. Click any worksheet to download it as a PDF.

You need to be signed in. If a download fails, sign in again at the sign-in page.

The download is not working

Make sure you are signed in. Downloads need an active session.

If the file does not open, try a different browser or device. Some browsers block PDFs by default.

Modules and certificate

Can I take a break and come back later?

Yes. Your progress is saved automatically. Sign in any time and you will land back on the module you were last using.

Do I have to do the modules in order?

We recommend it. Each module builds on the last, especially Modules 1 to 3 which set up the methodology. That said, you can jump between modules using the dots at the top of each page if you need to.

Can I redo a module?

Yes. Just navigate back to it. Your previous answers are saved – you can read them, update them, or write new ones.

How do I get my certificate?

Work through all five modules. At the end of Module 5 there is a final retrieval check. Once you complete it, click "Get my certificate" and your name and the date are added to a certificate you can save as an image.

Save it straight away – we do not store certificates on our side.

I lost my certificate – can you resend it?

Unfortunately not – certificates are generated in your browser and not stored on our servers. If you sign in and you have already completed Module 5, the certificate will not regenerate.

Always save the certificate image as soon as it appears.

Refunds

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially completed the course. We define substantial completion as engaging with three or more retrieval activities in Module 3 or beyond.

Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital products are not affected.

How do I request a refund?

Email admin@morecurricular.co.uk with the email you used to buy the course and your Stripe receipt or order ID. We process eligible refunds within 24 hours on weekdays.

Sharing and devices

Can I share my access with a sibling or friend?

Each purchase is for one student. If two of you want to use the course, please buy two copies – it keeps this small business going and the price is roughly that of a takeaway.

Does the course work on mobile?

Yes. The course works on any modern phone, tablet or laptop with a web browser. Worksheets are designed for A4 printing but are readable on smaller screens.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in your browser. There is nothing to download or install.
